Our well-being sessions are a great way for you to build resilience and maintain balance in your life.

These sessions are a space for you to discuss how things are going in your life - things you are happy with or things you may wish to change. This can help you to stay focused on any goals. The sessions also allow you to notice if stress is beginning to build-up, allowing you to take action to rectify things much sooner.

The sessions help you to build your own self-care routine, allowing you to maintain and enhance your well-being.

These are not counselling sessions, they are a great tool to help you check-in with yourself and take control of your life. 

Each session is tailored to you. As well as a space for you to explore your current situation, sessions will include suggestions to help you to make any changes you wish to make, or to maintain your well-being.

Having a regular space to focus on your well-being is hugely beneficial in building emotional resilience. Whether you use your sessions weekly or monthly, they will be an invaluable tool in your self-care regime.

Each empowering session lasts for 50 minutes. Sessions can take place in our warm and welcoming premises or via Skype call. Being able to have sessions via Skype means sessions can fit easily into your schedule and allows you to access sessions from wherever you are!
